Tim Allen graduated from seminary, left the marketplace, and entered full-time pastoral ministry during his time in The Master’s Program. But by the time he graduated from the program, he understood that the church was bigger than four walls, and that God could use him to minister anywhere. Up to that point, Tim was used to hearing people tell him that if he was serious about his faith, full-time ministry was his best option.

Patrick Short entered The Master's Program at 46, as he was starting to reevaluate his life in terms of eternal value. A high-energy and goal-oriented trial lawyer, he wanted to make sure that the goals he pursued were filled with eternal value. During his time in The Master's Program, Patrick came to the realization that he was already engaged in part of his Kingdom Calling: to help people who were in trouble.

God had a jersey with his name on it
When John Schuck entered The Master's Program in 1997, he was under the impression that his place in the church was to sit on the sidelines, tithe, and cheer others on. As John says, "I then began learning things I didn't know I needed to learn." When he was approached with the idea that God had a jersey with his name on it, and that his place was in the game, his thinking was revolutionized.
