Shortly after the first waves of TMP participants graduated, a few of them continued to meet to encourage one another to find ministry opportunities. Little did they know they were on cusp of something much larger than themselves. With the direction of Jim West, plus the insight of others, The Barnabas Group was formed.

What if a group of committed Christian marketplace leaders met on a regular basis to listen to the plans and dreams of various Christian ministries...and then chose a ministry that touched their heart and came alongside them to help? What if they pooled and invested their time, skills, influence, talent, and resources to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the ministry?

Once a quarter, a committed group of influential Christian leaders meets to connect marketplace leaders with ministry opportunities. The result is a localized effort achieving a global reach..
