Bob Shank Founder, CEO and CMO (Chief Mentoring Officer) of The Master's Program
A native and lifetime resident of Southern California, Bob Shank spent 14 years as a businessman/ entrepreneur in the construction industry. In his thirties, he transitioned from his career in business to his calling in ministry and founded Priority Living, a faith-based organization serving businessmen and women in the marketplace. In 1997, he launched The Master’s Program, a leadership mentoring program that has helped thousands of leaders across North America to expose and exploit their own unique Kingdom calling. While the Founder/ CEO of Priority Living since 1984, Bob served as senior pastor at South Coast Community Church for four years in the early ‘90’s, helping to effect its merge back with Mariner’s Church in 1996.
Today, he is a frequent speaker for churches, conferences, retreats and leadership training events across the country as well as a consultant/advisor to leaders in businesses and organizations with an international footprint.
Bob serves 12 church, ministry and company boards of directors, including Samaritan’s Purse, the National Christian Foundation/Southern California, Gospel Light Publishers, Harvest Christian Fellowship, Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque, The Barnabas Group, Reasons to Believe and Priority Living/dba The Master’s Program.
Bob and Cheri have been married since 1971 and have two adult daughters, two great sons-in-law and five amazing grandchildren. They all make their homes in Orange County, California.
Bob and his wife Cheri live in Orange County, California and have been married for thirty-six years.
Steve Esser – Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Steve Esser has been involved with Priority Living since it's inception in 1984. After 25 years in business, and graduating from The Master's Program, Steve sold his company and joined the team at TMP full-time.
Steve oversees all administrative tasks including finances and accounting, human resources, vendor relationships, internal and external reporting, and donor relations. He also recruits and oversees TMP recruiters and campus directors at each campus site.
Steve and his wife Clara live in Orange, California and have two married daughters and five grandchildren.
Rochelle Anderson -- Executive Assistant to Bob Shank
Orange County
As Bob Shank's Executive Assistant, Rochelle Anderson has been part of the Priority Living/The Master's Program team since 1990. Her degree was in Business Administration. Today, she helps to leverage and maximize Bob's activities - both within PL/TMP and on a broad Kingdom front - through the work she does for him, often behind-the-scenes.
Bob says frequently about Rochelle, "he couldn't do what he does without her doing what she does."
She also serves as a Campus Director, coordinating and maintaining connection and relationships with the participants in each class she directs.
Rochelle and her husband Scott live in Newport Beach, California and have three adult daughters.
Sandy Olsson -- TMP for Women Coach
Orange County, San Diego, Houston, Charlotte and More
Sandy has been part of the team of Priority Living and TMP since 1989, serving as office manager, in-house accountant, and now TMP for Women Coach. Sandy has taught The Master's Program for Women for the past 5 years, "leading women on a journey of discovery to capture God's vision for their future and today."
Sandy and her husband Norm live in Orange County, CA and have three children and four granddaughters.
Cheri Shank -- TMP for Wives Coach; Special Event Coordinator
Orange County
Cheri has taught TMP for Wives for the past 6 years as professional women and wives of TMP participants desire to learn how they can find their personal calling in the Kingdom.
As Special Events Coordinator, Cheri coordinates the Annual Priority Living Golf Challenge and Donor Retreat.
Cheri and her husband Bob live in Orange County, California and have two married daughters and five grandchildren.
Clara Esser – Campus Director
Orange County
Clara Esser was involved with TMP for many years as a volunteer before joining the team as a Campus Director. As a Campus Director, Clara coordinates logistics and attends each class session for the campuses she directs. She also communicates with class participants throughout the 3-year journey through The Master's Program.
Clara also manages the The Master's Program database and is responsible for the mailing of promotional material to potential participants.
Clara and her husband Steve live in Orange, California and have two married daughters and three grandchildren.
Diane Shaw – Campus Director
Atlanta, Chicago, Charleston, & Charlotte
Diane Shaw was involved with Priority Living years ago before joining the TMP team as a Campus Director. As a Campus Director, Diane coordinates logistics of materials for each class session for the campuses she directs. She also communicates with class participants throughout the 3-year journey through The Master's Program.
Diane and her husband Bill live in Tustin, California and have two married children and four grandchildren.
Alice Williamson – Campus Director
Newport Beach, Houston, and Phoenix
Alice Williamson was involved with Priority Living since 1988 before joining the TMP team as a Campus Director. As a Campus Director, Alice coordinates logistics of materials for each class session for the campuses she directs. She also communicates with class participants throughout their 3-year journey through The Master's Program.
Alice and her husband Roger live in Tustin, California and have two married children and five grandchildren.
Terry Caldwell – Campus Director
Orange County
Terry Caldwell was involved with TMP for many years as a volunteer before joining the team as a Campus Director. As a Campus Director, Terri coordinates class sessions for the campuses she directs. She also communicates with class participants throughout the 3-year journey through The Master's Program.
Terri and her husband Brent live in Irvine, California and have two children.
Becka Jenkins – Administration
Santa Ana, Houston, and Phoenix
Becka Jenkins joined the TMP team in 2005 after her husband completed his TMP 3-year journey . Becka assumes a behind-the-scenes role in the quality processing of administrative functions that keep TMP running. When necessary, she also communicates with class participants throughout their 3-year journey through The Master's Program.
Becka and her husband Chad live in Orange, California and have two children.
Mishelle Shaw – Campus Logistics
Nationwide
Mishelle Shaw joined the TMP team in 2008. Mishelle coordinates the logistics of teaching materials for each class session and campus. She ensures that TMP copyrighted materials are properly published. She also schedules delivery of session materials for each campus of The Master's Program.
Mishelle and her husband Greg live in Tustin, California and have two children.
